  I'm staying at the hotel with my family so it's the 8 of us.... unfortunately is so disappointing and very inconsistent the service that it's being provided at the Rockwood Grill for lunch and for dinner..... We just had lunch. I ordered an Arugula Salad and I added Grilled chicken to it ( What a mistake). Salad was sent back TWICE because was missing the nuts, the Gorgonzola cheese and adding the grilled chicken was a mistake that I regret as the so called chicken they added was something that tasted like some kinda burnt cardboard.
  Now it's time for Dinner... it goes from cafeteria food and service to a FIVE START RESTAURANT How can it be??? How is it possible? I'm confused!!!

  Exceptional service! Delicious food! Cool setting! We were in Palm Desert on vacation and spent some time at the JW Marriott. The Rockwood team were terrific and the food was good. The weather was nice enough for us to enjoy outdoor dining! No bird issues.
